Would Pac stay at 10 then? Money would be greater in the Big XII and there's no

other G5 schools left to add (that add a lot of value). Poaching isn't really an option from the Big XII b/c of the TV contracts (and lack of distribution of Pac 12 network). Due to lower TV revenue without USC/Oregon, at least 1-2 schools would reach out to Big XII and THAT would break the Pac 12.
