The ROC Board members and their friends are actually not allowed to participate in the ROC line card drop. Not just running it but also competing for them. Instead, the ROC Board members actually have seats saved above a portal behind the band and a few other places on the 18th and 35th rows to help pump up the upper rows of students. Should be much better than previous years.
