Even if they have to fire him the employee can come up with all kinds of
accusations about being wrongfully terminated and the employer could still have to pay a severance package. Add on unemployment pay and the employers have to walk a fine line in this new world. Employees have a lot of avenues to stick it to them. This is why for some companies it makes little sense to hire anybody full time. To big a of risk vs outsourcing.
