Personal responsibility is gone. Woman blames airline because she didn't declare
an apple that she received in fight at customs. Of course checking a box on the form that you don't have any fruits on you, and then checking another box affirming under penalty of law that your answers are correct obviously isn't your fault, it's the airlines fault for handling it a free apple to passengers.

they aren't asking if you are bringing in fruit from a foreign country - the form asks if you have any fruit on you. If
