I have no sympathy for someone blaming a business when the error is hers. Here is the question she was asked on the
form.
"I am bringing A) fruits, vegetable, plants, food, insects" Y or N
Hard to be more clear in so few words. And then to take this public... and blame Delta? She should admit she was wrong and move on.

they aren't asking if you are bringing in fruit from a foreign country - the form asks if you have any fruit on you. If
