Tadlock said Delta shouldn't have passed out apples to customers or at least reminded passengers not to take the fruit off the plane.
She also said she's frustrated that customs would ticket her when the agent clearly saw the snack came from an airline.
She is the one who put an apple in her bag and then declared that she didn't have any fruit. But she's blaming the airline for giving her the apple, and customs for enforcing the penalty that she agreed to. Of course it couldn't be her fault for not declaring the apple, it has to be somebody else who is wrong.
