While I only accept marriage between man and woman as ordained of God, I will stand with anyone who is treated unfairly in society for any reason. I think the problem here is that academia in general is pro-LGBT to the point that they cannot accept that anyone else has an opinion that differs from their own. It's simply bigotry of a different flavor. It also will likely affect BYU for the foreseeable future.
