Not everyone gets to do everything. And that's okay.

But that's not at all what we're talking about. We're talking about categorically excluding people from things based on gender.

Analogy: I might never be president of the united states. I probably won't. But if I'm not, it won't be because I'm categorically prohibited from the office.

But if the US constitution said that only men can be President, that would be, undeniably, a sexist and unequal law and, hopefully, we'd all object to it.

Men and women in the church are categorically treated differently. You're right that you might never be a stake president. But if not, it won't be because your gender categorically prohibits you from it.
