The Church structure isn't a business organization, or a democracy, where "representation" by race, gender, etc matters.

It isn't close to that.

It purports to be the revealed will of God---i.e., this is the structure God wants.   If you don't believe in God, then you aren't going to believe in that structure, and will probably try to make Church analogous to something else.   That won't work---Church isn't a representative democracy.
