Here is a good example about this. There is absolutely nothing happening outside
the stadium on game day. The only thing happening are hoards of nice fans walking with their heads down and crossing at lights to get to the game. Nobody even talks to each other. It's hilarious. I don't even bother getting there until kickoff. Why would I? So I'm usually walking in with my boy at kickoff.

However, if there was any kind of atmosphere around the stadium where my boy and I can kick back with a cold coke and barbeque with like minded Cougar fans I would most likely be there 3 hours early with my blue tent. AND I would probably have my brothers with me as it all the sudden turns into a really nice family/game event. That type of thing sells more tickets.
