As may have said, the south and south eastern parking lots, or at least a portion of them, need to become part of the fan experience as well, whether that is tailgating or other events, etc. Every side to the stadium should be a welcoming spot for fans to gather as early as they want to on game day. There's six games a year - not really an excuse to make this happen other than old donors feeling that they shouldn't have to give up their favorite parking spot.
