What would i do differently at LES?
1. Close in the outside of the stadium so you can’t see the girders. A nice facade like UT did at Neyland Stadium
2. Close in the corners. We know you can’t have seats there but you could stretch canvas across it to have the illusion or build concessions there with glass roof that follows the curvature of the stadium 🏟
3. Lower the prices in the nosebleeds or sell them to ym yw groups or local youth sports leagues at discounted price. People will buy concessions bc they will think I saved money on the ticket I can afford a cougartail
4. Move the the tailgating closer and build it up. Tailgating is always associated with alcohol but it isn’t. Encourage people to get there early or on day games stay late. If the administration wants “good” fans get the fans closer to the stadium so when the other teams fans come they can be invited over.
