Housing with so little parking. I get it, they don’t make money off parking spots, but it is ridiculous to see a community with no room for all the cars. A quick drive through Vineyard can show how developer and city greed ruin an area. It is a problem around BYU as well. Whatever antiquated ratio a city is using to approve the limited number of parking spaces needs to be updated to at least double the current number. It is a mess and part of the reason so many oppose High Density Housing near them. Not the #1 reason, but I guarantee adequate parking in the complex/community would help neighbors accept them more, and reduce many of the problems associated with them.
