Non rush hour times used to be smooth sailing. Now it doesn't matter what time
it is or where you are, you are going to be behind a line of cars. Sure, it's not worse than big cities, but where it is now, from where it was just a decade ago is crazy. I read somewhere, maybe here, that we have pretty much added another city the size of Ogden move in over the last 5 years.
