The customer is already suffering... unnecessarily. Developers would adjust
Their plans to accommodate the parking, they deal with various regulations already. They would not lose profit. Again... that is a myth. They would just be forced to act responsibly...
Something they are not used to in this day and age when they have most city councils in their pockets. If you haven’t experienced the truth of that first hand, then consider yourself lucky. Just because it is illegal doesn’t mean it isn’t happening all over. Developers are deeply involved in every city government in Utah County... there is no one to report anything to.
