I am not just blaming the developers.The City Councils are just as much to blame
They are both using archaic ratios to determine the spaces per unit.
I blame developers for needing a legal change to be more responsible, and I blame the the city council for not making the change.
They are both at fault. And there are more solutions than just using more land...
