I hope that is true... even still two per is half the amount that should have
Been approved in the first place. And the city council lies if they claim they honestly thought that was going to be single family housing. They 100% knew what would happen and are revising their history now that residents are complaining. They created a huge mess there with their greed and wand to shift the blame for their irresponsible behavior on the developers... who are equally to blame.
