1- Nah
2- stockpiling. lol
3- Uh, I don't have to account for anything. It's not close. It doesn't matter if you think the world of the individuals. It matters what they do. Utah hasn't yet shown that they're going to be a giant part of the offense. It's better than it has been, but they have a long way to go. Neither of them or together are close to Bushman. And that's just Bushman. They were barely on Holker's level. If he were still at BYU, it would be an even bigger gap.
4. Bowen has like 11 TFL and 3 sacks in his entire career. He's just an average LB. He's not a star. And yes, I'll take Kaufusi over Bernard. Thing about that is you can't say "you don't know Utah." I saw Bernard at BYU, and I saw him at Utah. I'll take Kaufusi. You have two guys. Luckily you'll only play two spots most of the time. But BYU might as well, and they have more than enough guys to fill 2-3 spots. They have better coverage LBs right now, and plenty of talent.
Either way, for how amazing Utah's secondary is supposed to be, they need to show it a lot better. Even last year with two star guys who are gone, they didn't put up the numbers you'd think they should have. I'm not incredibly scared of them, and BYU passed all over them in the first half last year. The front 4 is much scarier than your "amazing" secondary.
