Better schedule? Boise State had a better SOS than us last year... Navy had a better SOS than us...
I think what you meant to say is... you just want a schedule with big named schools on it.... you're really not interested in a better schedule because our schedules rank wise haven't been all that impressive.
Our schedules were ranked significantly high in the MWC than they do now. And a G5 conference championship does matter. mattered to UCF last year and the year before... it's mattered to Houston, it's Mattered to Boise State... it's mattered to Western Michigan... NIU... it sure as heck mattered when we were in the MWC and the WAC. They matter.
