We've always had a couple good P5 opponents for decades. Imo, people w/ this
take on Indy have major tunnel vision, and are ignoring everything going around us. The landscape of CFB, what Indy has really done to the program, and the fact that ESPN is one CEO or board shuffle away from going in a totally opposite direction re BYU contract. Nobody has to convince me the greatness of BYU athletics, or what we have to offer.
But, many on here are stuck in the past, ignoring reality all around us, and think, like many in admin, that BYU has the right to demand and push around parties in a way that might've worked 20-30 years ago. Now, it just reinforces ugly stereotypes, and isolates us further. I don't believe AAC or MWC is the easy answer, and it would definitely be a crap salad sandwich to admit defeat. But, I also know Indy, and "sticking w/ it a little longer" is not the answer either. NO easy answers, yeah, call me Captain Obvious, but don't hate me 'cause I'm beautiful.
