Boise did, barely. Neither Navy or any other AAC team had better SOS. Link below
Furthermore, I would rather have schedule of 4 good teams, 4 mediocre teams, 2 bad teams and 2 really bad teams, than a schedule of 1-2 good teams, 7 mediocre teams, and 4 bad teams.
Last, no G5 will have a better SOS than BYU in 2020 or 2021.
