My wife and I have 5 kids

We happy, but maxed out and are done having more. Birth control makes my wife kinda crazy.

I have no problem getting snipped. We have done more than our part to repopulate the earth. When my wife is OK with it, I'll get it done.

Haven't thought about whether to talk to the Bishop. It's kinda weird that it's in the handbook, but we never hear about it.
