I'm 37 years old, and currently weigh 214 at 5'11. About 25-30 lbs above my ideal body weight, but I think I'd be happy with 20 lb weight loss. I exercise 4-5 times a week, and I'm in pretty good shape, but around 20-21 % body fat. I have 2 kids, 2 and 5 and have trouble staying away from their snacks after work at night. I'm going to try to keep my calories about 1800/day, and continue to lift 3x a week, and run 2-3 times.
