I'm 60 years old, 6'0" and 227 lbs.
In 6 months I would like to get down to 185 lbs.
I'm going to use My Fitness Pal to plan all of my meals ahead of time, and track my macros and calories. I am giving myself 1800 calories per day, with 35% from protein, 30% from fat, and 35% from carbs.
I will have at least 4 workouts per week of at least 30 minutes each.
