That puts me at the halfway point. I have been logging some mileage in the mountains. I’m enjoying some trail running/ hiking. The increased activity has been great. I have also been under my calorie goals six out of the last seven days. Even with a trip to Bear Lake and a big meal at LaBeau’s, including the necessary raspberry shake, being down 4 pounds is more than I was expecting. Especially since I already dropped 10 pounds in the previous 4 weeks. I suspect the next three weeks will get harder to keep dropping. Thank to all participating, it’s the motivation I needed to keep going in the right direction.
