According to my source, BYU had already been considered and checked off long before Larry Scott came in the picture. He had to say that because adding Colorado was a head-scratcher to anyone who knew the Pac-10. The entire conference was assembled with bitter instate rivals. And then Utah and Colorado featuring zero rivalry get added.
