There are two problems, money and talent. Might as well not try to fix one
while ignoring the other.
As long as the HCO is in operation as is, we will not get or retain top talent. If we just focused on making students better people instead of qualifying them under the microscope to have the privilege of going to BYU, then we wont retain top talent.
It shouldn't be harder to get into and stay at BYU than it is to enter the temple.
