City Creek was an investment in the real estate around Temple Square and

church headquarters primarily to forestall urban decay. The last thing the church wanted was a failed downtown SLC and all of its potential problems right on their doorstep. The mall was a fiscally sound way to package it, and as I understand it, has done very well. This complaint is so tired unimaginative.
