HCO Fear, is a real thing. Many have not gone to BYU because
they don't want to be humiliated and their name smeared everywhere in public if they make a misstep. Not that they plan to but if it did happen everything comes to a screeching halt and they're kicked out of school. you just put your life on hold for a year. That does not happen anywhere else even where the church exists
