could still hear the kid. And I do have headphones but you don't always want to wear headphones on a 6 hour flight, occasionally you like to take them off. And of course I have kids, I get it, but that doesn't change the fact that the parents chose to take a small child on a long flight and so it is their responsibility to try and keep the kid reasonably quiet and not a bother to everyone else.

But I get it, millenial parents think they're the only ones on the planet and the only ones that have ever had to try and control a kid in public and that none of the rest of us ever had to go through those inconveniences despite the fact we somehow raised their entitled butts.
