I'm sure there are occasional circumstances and have stated as much...
but for the most part it is avoidable and just a choice someone has made. Plus it wasn't like I was angry about it, just that it was an annoyance and more than likely an avoidable one that didn't have to be that way. We've lost our sense of propriety I think and I find that a bit sad.
