I’m seriously eating the exact amount of calories that i was previously but fasting until noon each day. I have lunch at noon, my breakfast at 2-3 and dinner around 6.
My waist has slimmed and I’ve lost a few pounds. Was previously 185 and note weighing 176. FYI I wanted to stay between 175 and 185 but just lose some fat. I have had to eat as much or more than I previously did to start around 180.
