Healthy. Your goal needs to be about 2 pds a week, weight is going to fluctuate a lot daily, you have to just keep being consistent. Keep doing the basics and stay consistent. I was 225 four years ago, took me 4 to get to 200, took me 8 months to get to 180. Its a marathon and not a sprint. You can't be fixated on the scale, hit your macros, get in your workouts, results will follow.
