I get it. My advice was great for someone who is generally interested in health
And fitness. Only rapid weight loss. Im all about exercise and conditioning and its absolutely not a waste of time, but for someone who wants to shed pounds and shed pounds fast, my technique works. And once you are skinny, that can really motivate you to improve your conditioning. But i would assume that most people who are overweight care much more about losing the gut or butt than anything else.
