Why would you alter a rule based on the score?
I was at the game and it literally happened right in front of me. Everyone is happy for a win but why wouldn't it be a win? Texas st. was garbage! Would have still liked to see the refs do what they get paid to do.

Yeah, you don't stop being a referee just because one team is up big. An obvious foul is still a foul.
