Biggest issue I see now with some of the young. They expect the same quality of life that their parents provided for them now. Sacrifice now for later? What, so unfair. Oh, and buy crap now and invest, then upgrade later? No way man, I need it nice and new now. Plus gimme my avocado toast and Starbucks brah. Saving is for chumps.

I didn't own a house until I was almost 33.
