Honestly, this is one of the worst takes I’ve seen in a while
You do realize that many (Not all) rental homes are bought by common folk with a full time job (like myself) working his butt off to one day retire.
We purchase homes that need work, put in our own funds to fix them up, and either sell the home, or turn them into cash flowing rental properties.
Either way, many times the home has been brought back from ruins which improves the neighborhood.
Your post is larger government/anti-capitalist my friend.
