SFH long term renta aren’t really a problem. They are part of the normal housing
Inventory. SFH Airbnb’s on the other hand are a problem and should be restricted to certain vacation areas. There are however 41M homes in forebearance and 660k Airbnb locations. I suspect that within a year the housing crunch will be aleveated
