Like I said we had 1 NP and 5 docs in our primary office. Like all my partners she occasionally asked questions. Her leaving was my 1st exposure to having to train one. All the sudden I’m getting asked on every patient while I’m trying to see my own patients.

Again, we hired these people so no one to blame but ourselves.
