No offense taken. I can understand your point and I don’t disagree. As a nurse now, I work with NPs and MDs and I see the good and bad from both. The bad NPs are much worse than the bad MDs though, unfortunately.

my opinion: mid-levels who have direct supervision by an MD do fine. mid-levels who have no supervision are often lost
