I was constantly inundated with requests. It adds an extra hour to my day when they follow me and they did not seem respectful of my time(constantly chatting about personal life while I'm trying to squeeze out notes in between patients or at lunch).

my opinion: mid-levels who have direct supervision by an MD do fine. mid-levels who have no supervision are often lost
