Thus I started my career as a huge proponent of mid levels. Over the last 7 years I’ve slowly had my mind changed.

That said, as I mentioned in the first lost, there are excellent mid levels and excellent docs, there are also poor mid levels and poor docs. I think it mainly comes down to the person. From your remarks I would assume you are an excellent provider.

So yes I feel I’ve seen a general decline but that is not to say I haven’t had the pleasure of working along side many exceptional mid levels.
