I didn’t mean to imply that you personally would decline a referral and I do think it’s admirable you reach out and offer additional training. I find it odd that no one takes you up on it. Maybe there is a shift in mentality. I think some of it comes from Medical groups being so top heavy with admin that the goal is always to get more for less with every provider. I think that’s where the burn out comes from. Many feel like what good does it do to better myself, there’s nothing in it for me. There’s no financial upward mobility for most providers in large medical systems (unless you join the admin army)
