I understand what you are saying.
Again, some of your story doesn't exactly translate. This drunk driver did do something to you and your family. The person who took his life didn't do anything to this friend. He did it to himself.
All I'm saying is that when people sin, fail or bring harm to themselves, I hope we would fall on their neck and weep with them.
My 15 year old step daughter took her life. Anger wasn't one of the emotions I felt toward her.
