Many who keep bringing up BSU are probably considering actual performance

Because over the last 20 years no potential Big 12 candidate comes close to Boise in terms of football relevance.

While football performance may not be a primary factor or even a significant factor, the elephant in the room is why are all these other candidates with so much more going for them not able to generate even close to the success of Boise over last 2 decades?
