Not compared to Dallas (SMU), San Diego (SDSU), Orlando (UCF), Houston (Houston), Philadelphia (Temple), San Francisco (San Jose St), Atlanta (Georgia State) or even San Antonio (UT-San Antonio) and Inland Empire (Cal State - San Bernardino or UC-Riverside). That's if you assume BYU is the Salt Lake market.
If you consider that BYU has to split the Salt Lake market, well then that also jumps schools like Colorado State or University of New Mexico above them as options.
I say this not to argue BYU isn't a great candidate, but to point out that you're being inconsistent and that maybe you should put a bit more emphasis on on-field performance and fanbase instead of just assuming those magically are solved once a team is P5
