go back and look at Virginia's recruiting classes in the years before Bronco...
...took over. Mike London wasn't a good on the field coach but he was a good recruiter and had several really good top 25-40 recruiting classes in a row. Bronco taking over at UVa was very similar in a way to his taking over at BYU. Previous coach left him with a lot of young talent and he came in and provided stability, unity and direction. In essence he created a culture they could be successful in.
