It seemed like during Bronco's tenure, there were several players suspended or kicked off the team for issues relating to things sexual, drugs and alcohol, assault, and other crimes. Some were high profile players, others were not, but it seemed like every year or every other year we would hear about a suspension related to off the field issues. The HC office became more private and issues were kept out of the public eye a bit better than in the past but consider this....since Kalani has been hired it seems like he has better control over the team in regards to this issue. It seems pretty obvious to me that the HC and OC/DC have more control over the off field issues just based on comparison between Bronco and Kalani.
