The majority of the team is black. The best recruits are black. Our team success depends upon us being able to land black players.And you Decide to use the most offensive word to blacks in the English language, and In their presence? Sorry. Our football team doesn’t need that. It will not help us. You cannot work here any longer. You are not entitled to this position. It is a privilege And you’ve lost it.
It is sad. Sad that he made such a costly mistake. I’m sure he’s a good man. I’m sure he’s not a racist. He’ll be able to find another good job. He’ll be more careful not to use that word in the future
