Context matters greatly. He’s a football coach. Most the team is black. The team
The team success Depends upon their ability to recruit blacks and make them feel respected and valued. You can’t say that word as football coach in a successful D1 program.

By the way, this is a matter of opinion. It is not a matter of fact. In my opinion, saying that word in any context is enough to go find another football job. But like I said in other posts, I think It should be to the players to decide. If the black players can start a petition and sign it to get coach Gundy back, Then I think it would be nice if the University let him come back.

But why would white guys online, like me, Get to decide if this was offensive or not?
